I decided it would be wise to prepare a thorough Order of Service for myself for next year's Triduum liturgies since I will likely be the only one who knows what is going on.
I read through the Sacramentary for any tips and assistance. One line made me stop dead in my tracks and laugh right out loud. For the Easter Vigil, under the heading "Liturgy of the Word", the red print explains:
"In this vigil, the mother of all vigils, nine readings are provided..."
The mother of all vigils. Awesome.

I later learned it was St. Augustine who coined the phrase. I bet it held a slightly different meaning in translation than it does in 2009...
