Psalm 118:66

What do you do when you're bored at a meeting? Our associate played with a pen and unwittingly drew lines all over one half of his face. I was talking to him at the end of the meeting and noticed some unusual looking wrinkles until I realized what they were. I suggested he might want to wash his face before his next meeting.

We hosted a meeting at the parish for which I did most of the running around and set up, thankfully with the cook's help. The associate did step up in a big way and help out at the end to clean up, getting his suit covered in yellow icing in the process. He ought to look quite a picture when he arrives at his other meeting tonight.

I came home to a very intriguing voicemail. It seems that Psalm 118:66 is not used by just one school or religious group in its motto; more to come on that score soon.

Tomorrow is our Confirmation retreat. I have now come full circle and hope tomorrow is a successful day.
