We survived the rest of the Triduum and Easter with only two 911 calls and one physical assault. It sounds like I work at a prison sometimes.

Immediately after Easter, I invested in a new smartphone. It's quite a step up from my basic cell which could receive calls and send texts - but no camera, videocamera, calendar, video voicemail or any other such bell and/or whistle. Last night my man helped me figure out a fairly major kink: I couldn't answer the phone for an incoming call. Which he found hilarious. Hopefully I've got it down to a science now. I also had to figure out why all my text messages l o o k e d l i k e t h i s but somehow I played with enough features to fix that one.

Why do phones have to be so complicated!?
