Workplace Violence

I had to attend a mandatory diocesan meeting on workplace violence and harassment today. My favourite part was when the presenter gave descriptors of physical violence including "slapping, kicking, punching, spitting, and eye gouging." Eye gouging! There was also a great slide where he explained "Implementing Workplace Violence" but I didn't take notes because we already have enough of that, thank you very much.
